Some merchants may have issue to access the Pre-Order Manager App. 

This is due to Safari's enhanced Privacy Setting which according to Apple's documentation will cause some sites to not load properly. To ensure Pre-Order Manager app is loaded properly on Safari, please ensure the following: 

1. In Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking

2. Uncheck "Block all cookies"
