Why is my timer not showing

1. It may conflict with the other apps in your store - please get in touch with our [email protected] or live chat to have a look for you. 

2. The app embed is not turned on on your store theme. Please go to the theme editor and turn on the "App embed"

3. Your store is not in Shopify 2.0 theme; we can create a new app block for your theme; please get in touch with our [email protected] or live chat to have a look for you.

1. The product is not published

The timer only appears for Shopify products that are set as "Active"

2. You have recently changed a theme, and the app embed is not turned on

3. The same type of timer cannot be displayed on the same page

4. The timer is scheduled for the future 

5. The timer is scheduled for the future 

6. The timer is set to be hidden once it runs out. 

1. The timer doesn't appear with an unpublished theme
