How do I hide the "Gift Option Product" from my collection?

To hide the gift wrapping product, first, go to Product > Remove all the collection inside the Gift Wrapping products

If you still seeing the product on the collection page, you can check on collection tab, and remove the gift wrapping in the collection 

You can also check your menu setting: First Navigation > Main Menu
